2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COURSE CONTENT RULES
All training materials, videos, PDFs, live webinar recordings, curriculum, graphics, text, and resources provided on this platform belong exclusively to Innovative Minds Global Ltd.
Users are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license to access the training for their personal professional development. You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, recording, reselling, or sharing any course content with non-registered users. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your platform access without a refund, and may lead to legal action under Nigerian copyright laws.
3. MANUAL PAYMENTS AND ACCESS CONFIRMATION
Innovative Minds Global Ltd does not process digital credit card payments or automatic recurring subscriptions directly on the Site.
Payment Method: Course registration and access to training materials are only finalized after full payment is received via manual bank transfer into our official corporate bank account.
Verification: You are required to submit an authentic proof of payment (such as a bank receipt or transfer screenshot) via our designated email or confirmation channel.
Suspension: We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or revoke your access to live classes and training resources if your payment cannot be verified or is reversed by the banking institution.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
As a user of our platform, you agree not to engage in any behavior that harms our community or business. You are strictly prohibited from:
Using our Services or platform comment sections to advertise, market, or offer to sell your own goods and services.
Selling, sharing, leasing, or otherwise transferring your user profile, login credentials, or course access to another individual.
Engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward instructors or fellow students during training sessions.
5. USER REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or testimonials about our training products on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish those nice words for our marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or delete any user-generated reviews that we deem offensive, inaccurate, or spammy.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovative Minds Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our training platform.
Our total financial liability for any claim arising against our platform shall be strictly limited to the exact amount paid by the user for the specific training program or course out of which the dispute arose.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)
In the event of any legal disagreement or dispute between you and Innovative Minds Global Ltd, the matter will be settled exclusively through Arbitration rather than a public courtroom.
Structure: The dispute will be heard by 1 (one) single neutral arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.
Location & Language: The arbitration will take place in Nigeria and will be conducted entirely in the English language.
Confidentiality: The proceedings and final decision of the arbitrator will remain strictly private to protect the reputations of both parties.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, along with your use of the website and services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by putting an announcement in our student communication channels (e.g., student email list or WhatsApp group).
